“A good tour, we really enjoyed the trek which wasn't too challenging but felt like we had had a walk. Sadly we were shrouded in cloud at the top so did not experience the views. The visit to the two pagodas was great too. The Karen village and lunch were not so great (food OK but nothing special) and there was a constant stream of tourists all doing the same thing - I realise there must be an arrangement with the local people but it did not feel very authentic. The guide has a good knowledge of the local fauna and made us feel safe at all times. PLEASE WEAR HIKING SHOES, mine were not made for the terrain and it made the hike quite difficult. There were a few viewpoints but i wouldn’t choose the hike solely for that reason.”

“Our guide Doi (not sure how to spell it sorry!) was incredible, we were very lucky to be in a very small group so had plenty of opportunity to ask lots of questions and speak to Doi to learn more about everything we saw. Quite a long day but definitely good value for money, seeing a variety of sights in Chiang Mai. Me and my boyfriend will often save money by exploring ourselves without a tour but I’m so glad we joined this one as we learnt so much that we just wouldn’t have if we visited these places alone.
